This Privacy Policy for Users comes into effect on May 25, 2018 for all users and refers to EU Regulation 679/2016.

What is outlined in this Privacy Policy applies to all sites as well as any application, service or tool (collectively “Services”) of NP Corporation s.a.s. where reference is made to the Privacy Policy, regardless of how it is accessed and used, for example, via mobile devices.

This Privacy Policy also applies to the provision of NP Corporation s.a.s.’s services through NP Corporation s.a.s.’s partner websites, applications, services or tools where reference is made to the Privacy Policy and in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2-Personal data collected by NP Corporation s.a.s.

What is personal data?

Personal data is information about an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is an individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to identifiers such as name, ID number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to that person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

Data that has been anonymized or aggregated in such a way that a specific individual can no longer be identified, even in combination with other information or in other ways, is not considered personal.

NP Corporation s.a.s. processes your personal data when you use our Services. NP Corporation s.a.s. collects personal data conferred directly by you and/or automatically acquired through devices (including mobile devices) when you: use our Services, provide data to (Company Name)in a Web form, or otherwise contact NP Corporation s.a.s.

Personal data automatically acquired when you use our Services NP Corporation s.a.s.

  • We acquire data when you interact with our Services. This data is the data we receive from the devices (including mobile devices) you use when you access our Services. These may include the following: Unique device ID or code, device type, ad ID, and unique device token.
  • Geolocation data(to calculate the route to your designated point) and location data via your mobile device. This data does not remain in NP Corporation s.a.s. memory but is captured only to communicate it to Google. Personal data collected through other sources

  • Google Analytics: We collect, read and analyze input, output and browsing data from websites, source URL, geographic browsing source, demographic data, device, browser and operating system used for internal statistical and marketing purposes.
  • Social Media: We give you the ability to share data with social media sites. Such social media sites may authorize NP Corporation s.a.s. to automatically access certain data they hold (e.g., content you visited or liked, data about ads you were shown and clicked on, and so on). If you provide us with access to sites with video content, you authorize us to share your video viewing activities with third-party social media sites or obtain data from them about the videos you watch for at least two years or until you decide to revoke your consent or remove the link to the social media site. 4-Modes in which you can access, review and rectify your personal information

Access, rectification and deletion of your personal data

NP Corporation s.a.s. respects your right to access (art. 15 – right of access), rectify (art. 16 – right of rectification), request deletion (art. 17 – right of deletion< > ) or restrict (art. 18 – right to restrict processing) our use of your personal data, as outlined in applicable legislation. We also take measures to ensure that the personal data we collect is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal data in a commonly used, intelligible, transparent and easily accessible format
  • If your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct/update it
  • You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data
  • You can also ask us to delete or restrict the use of your personal data, but this right is determined by applicable law and may affect your access to some of our Services

5-How we may share your personal data

We may share your personal data to the parties listed below, for the following purposes (newsletters, sending coupons, sending promotions through other platforms ):

Platforms and programs for managing e-mail, SMS and marketing campaigns:

6-How long we may retain your personal data.
